Job Title: Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Specialist to join our team at Fastnet Group. As an agency worker, you will work closely with pupils in need of support, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one tutoring sessions to pupils aged 11-16 years old. Your sessions may take place in schools, homes, or public venues such as libraries or family centers. You will have access to a range of resources, including internal materials and external platforms like Twinkl and BKSB.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a minimum of one of the following qualifications: PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, QTS, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or NVQ in teaching and learning. Additionally, you must have at least three years of experience supporting pupils, preferably with KS4 children. SEND experience and working with challenging pupils are highly advantageous.
