Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product development strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective product launches.
  • Manage product quality documentation, including integrity testing data and customer validation studies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and respond to internal/external audits and changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or sales, preferably in the filter industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative product management strategies.

What You'll Get:

You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
