About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our Tops Lymington Nursery team.
This role involves working closely with our qualified Early Years Teachers to deliver high-quality care and education that meets the needs of each child.
You will be responsible for supporting the educational and social development of children up to age five.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development, focusing on key areas like social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
- Observe children's development and identify any areas of concern.
- Keep records of each child's progress, including documenting milestones, behaviors, and developmental needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns that arise.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 2 Early Years Qualification is required.
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
