Job Description:

We are looking for a talented MiXR App Reward Card Administrator to join our team at Slug & Lettuce. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various rewards and benefits programs, enhancing employee experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To administer and maintain the MiXR App reward card program, ensuring seamless integration with our Managed Estate.
  • To manage the Stonegate Xtra Rewards online portal, providing discounts across the High Street and other retailers.
  • To oversee the implementation of hotel discounts for employees.
  • To facilitate flexible working arrangements to suit the needs of our team members.
  • To negotiate and arrange David Lloyd corporate discount rates for our employees.
  • To provide discounted dental insurance options for our staff.

Requirements:

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

This role offers a range of benefits, including an estimated salary of £50,000 per annum.
