We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Grower Supervisor at our new facility in Warwickshire.
About the Role:
- Manage the daily tasks associated with growing a wide range of potted stock, including pest control, irrigation, and weeding.
- Supervise and train a team of growers to ensure they are equipped to produce high-quality plants.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of plants, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Good work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret instructions and provide guidance to team members.
- Passion for plants and desire to succeed.
