As a Commercial and Market Insight Manager at National Farmers Union (NFU), you will play a critical role in enhancing and sustaining the profitability of the UK's sugar beet industry on behalf of all UK sugar beet growers. Your key responsibilities will include leading contract negotiations, managing ongoing commercial relationships, and delivering market and technical insights to underpin these efforts, ensuring all agreements are beneficial to growers and supported by the Sugar board.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading contract negotiations, managing commercial relationships, and delivering market insights to support the growth and profitability of the sugar beet industry. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing and communicating market information, managing contracts, and influencing senior executives and board members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing commercial relationships

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a numerate subject and substantial experience in commercial or financial roles. You will excel in analyzing and communicating market information, managing contracts, and influencing senior executives and board members. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external stakeholders are essential.
