Job Title: Team Leader

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge in adult care? We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team and lead a team of Support Workers in providing person-centred care to adults with brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and appraisals to Support Workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Lead shifts and motivate Support Workers to deliver excellent care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users and ensure CQC standards are met.
  • Encourage service users to participate in local social and community events, including education, sporting activities, and hobbies.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading a team in adult care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
