Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
