Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around, and will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present
- Lead and engage the team to promote sales and increase profitability
- Ensure the team is operating smoothly and efficiently
- Get involved with food preparation, store cleanliness and serving customers

Requirements
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have team leader experience, or those who have experience within hospitality / retail and feel they are ready to step into a managerial role.
Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours, although we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
