Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the manager's absence
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in food preparation and serving

Requirements:

We are looking for a team leader with experience in retail or hospitality, who is ready to step into a managerial role. You should be available to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm, although we can be flexible to accommodate your availability.
