Job Title: Field Equity Release Adviser

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and proactive individual to join Age Partnership, a leading provider of quality advice in the field of equity release.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services professional to provide high-quality equity release advice to existing and prospective clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting targets, and promoting Age Partnership as the premier advisor in the field of equity release.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional equity release advice in line with each client's individual objectives and circumstances.
  2. Provide clients with comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFI's and in line with company's best practice.
  3. Meet targets and KPI's and promote Age Partnership as the UK's premier advisor in the field of equity release.
  4. Adhere to documented processes and ensure that records are kept appropriately in line with the company's record keeping and file quality requirements.
  5. Always adhere to the principles of 'treating the customers fairly' and 'customer duty'.
  6. Ensure that competence to provide advice is maintained and a programme of CPD is undertaken and documented.
  7. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and target driven individual who has the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment whilst delivering both financial advice and customer service of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in an advisory role within the field of regulated financial services, with a proven ability and experience in Financial Services having developed the breadth of relevant quality advice to meet a wide range of customer circumstances, ideally Equity Release products.

The successful candidate will be highly compliant, with excellent presentation skills and evidence of sustained success and compliant practice. They will also be a goal-setter with achievement drive, and a self-starter who can contribute to change and development.
