Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Hodfin. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and attending breakdowns of forklift trucks in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining forklift trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Attending breakdowns and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points).
  • Experience repairing wheeled vehicles.
  • NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in a relevant engineering area would be an advantage.
  • A can-do attitude with strong work ethic.
  • A good customer-focused approach to work.
