Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Administration to join our team at Castlemeadow Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our administration department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration team, including rota, annual leave, and sick leave.
  • Collate data for invoicing and maintain the Purchase Ledger.
  • Assist in the running of the Purchase Order System and keep accurate records of all orders and invoices.
  • Collect, record, and follow up on non-payment of fee income from local authorities and private fee payers.
  • Maintain the Home's petty cash and prepare and submit payroll returns accurately.
  • Maintain employee personnel records and provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff as needed.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide reception duties, promoting a positive image and customer service approach throughout.
  • Be fully conversant with Excel and Word and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of administrative experience.
