Administrative Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Administration to join our team at Castlemeadow Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration team, including rota, annual leave, and sick leave.
- Collate data for invoicing and maintain the Purchase Ledger.
- Assist in the running of the Purchase Order System and keep accurate records of all orders and invoices.
- Collect, record, and follow up on non-payment of fee income from local authorities and private fee payers.
- Maintain the Home's petty cash and prepare and submit payroll returns accurately.
- Maintain employee personnel records and provide clerical support to the General Manager and other staff as needed.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Provide reception duties, promoting a positive image and customer service approach throughout.
- Be fully conversant with Excel and Word and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 4 years of administrative experience.
