Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller in shaping the accounting and reporting processes within the department and across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Management Accountant in all aspects of the Finance Department's deliverables and outputs.
  • Assist in the preparation of all external financial returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Provide support with the production of overall monthly performance monitoring reports on income and expenditure, including board packs.
  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, and Management Accountant to deliver a robust reporting and control environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of working in a finance team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
