Finance Business Partner (Technical & Supply Chain)

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Aston Martin Red Bull Racing. This role will involve partnering with our Chassis Technical, Production & Supply Chain departments to control operational expenditure and provide management information for resource optimization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with FIA Financial Regulations and Group Controlling guidelines. They will also be expected to provide analytical support to business leaders and contribute to the development of financial planning and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Ownership of financial planning and month-end processes for the Chassis Technical & Supply Chain department, with a focus on payroll and time apportionment reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders on operational discussions with financial impacts.
  • Compliance: Be aware of FIA Financial Regulations and comply with Group Controlling guidelines.

Desirable Characteristics:

  • Comfortable in scaling detailed analysis to a high-level overview and confidentially communicating it.

Essential Competencies:

  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified.
  • Strong Finance experience, preferably in Financial Planning & Business Partnering.
  • Experience in business partnering Technical or Supply Chain Business Leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and being able to manipulate large data sets.
  • SAP ERP & BI experience is preferable.
