Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Aston Martin Red Bull Racing. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our Chassis Technical and Supply Chain departments to control operational expenditure and provide management information for resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Ownership of financial planning and month-end processes for the Chassis Technical and Supply Chain department, with a focus on payroll and time apportionment reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders on operational discussions with financial impacts.
  • Compliance: Be aware of FIA Financial Regulations and comply with Group Controlling guidelines.

Desirable Characteristics:

  • Comfortable in scaling detailed analysis to a high-level overview and confidentially communicating it.

Essential Competencies:

  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified.
  • Strong Finance experience, preferably in Financial Planning and Business Partnering.
  • Experience in business partnering Technical or Supply Chain Business Leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and being able to manipulate large data sets.
  • SAP ERP and BI experience is preferable.
