Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our team of sales executives in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with channel partners, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and grow pipeline.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Pure Storage's business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partner principals, AEs, and leadership teams.
- Drive sales call activity and ensure team members attain or exceed quota.
- Closely manage and enable team performance related to KPIs including pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and POC management.
- Field travel is expected as part of this role.
- Sales leadership experience working in the region required.
- Passionate and persuasive with excellent verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years successful field sales experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure in highly competitive environments.
- Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
