We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Case Worker to join our team at St Mungo's. As a Senior Case Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who are experiencing homelessness and ill-health to rebuild their lives.

Working as part of our SPOT Navigator team, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized action plans to help them achieve stability and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strength-based assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, and specialist agencies to ensure clients receive the support they need
  • Manage a caseload of clients experiencing multiple disadvantage and develop strategies to support them in achieving stability and independence
  • Collaborate with clients to improve their confidence, well-being, and ability to live more independently
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a homeless outreach setting and communicating with clients who may be experiencing multiple disadvantage
  • Ability to work remotely and lone work with vulnerable individuals
  • Commitment to collaborating with clients to improve their confidence, well-being, and ability to live more independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external agencies
