Care Sector Team Lead Opportunity

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to take on a senior leadership role within our residential childcare team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the home operates effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, relevant legislation, and quality standards.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years' experience in children care, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, relevant legislation, and quality standards.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
