Care Sector Professional Development Specialist

The National Skills Agency is seeking an experienced Care Sector Professional Development Specialist to deliver high-quality training programs to learners in the Midlands and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering work-based training and assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3. You will be responsible for developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and course resources for the delivery of the qualifications.
You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of learners effectively meeting OFSTED and Awarding Bodies requirements in teaching, learning, and assessment.
Key Benefits:
