Care Team Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Activities Coordinator to join our team at Woolston House in Woolston, Warrington. As Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities for our residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, paid weekly, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career development and a supportive work environment.
Job DescriptionAs Activities Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. This may include arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and other events that promote social interaction and community building.
You will work closely with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents, taking into account any health or mobility issues.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What is important is your passion for working with older adults and your commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
