About the Role

As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide Warm Hospitality: Deliver great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
  • Work on Reception: Offer insights about the hostel and local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize Our Systems: Efficiently manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Carry Out Cleaning Duties: Ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in Food Preparation: Serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride, influencing sales.
