Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Health Visitor to join our team. This role will involve delivering health visiting services to a defined corporate caseload within Derby City, working closely with the Family Hubs and other agencies to provide a seamless service to families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and have a passion for improving health outcomes for children and their families. They will also have knowledge of the 0- framework and be able to lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual leave, flexible working options, and access to our employee assistance programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver health visiting services to a defined corporate caseload
  • Work closely with the Family Hubs and other agencies to provide a seamless service to families
  • Lead on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme
  • Provide leadership and supervision to other members of the Public Health Team
