- The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Children's Home Support Worker or Senior Support Worker.
- We are looking for someone with excellent supervisory skills and a caring attitude.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,500 - £42,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered and Deputy Managers in running the home.
- Supervise staff and ensure care meets legislation and organisational policies.
- Deliver a child-centred environment and provide high-quality care and support.
- Support children to meet their health, medical, and educational needs.
What We Offer

- A rolling rota pattern with 10 x 24-hour shifts per month.
