Join Global Life Science Hub, a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, as we embark on the next phase of our growth plan. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our 50+ live vacancies and drive further growth into new areas of the pharmaceutical sector.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our biopharmaceutical clients. You will conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations. Additionally, you will stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit
  • Stay up to date with market trends and industry news
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews and offer detailed feedback
  • Develop and manage key accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
