About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet the hiring needs of our biopharmaceutical clients. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, working closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our biopharmaceutical clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with business development objectives.
  • Identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and utilizing various recruitment tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
