Join Our Team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

Global Life Science Hub is a dynamic and innovative headhunting firm focused on the US and European markets. We specialize in placing top talent within the biopharmaceutical industry, covering areas such as manufacturing, technical operations, quality & regulatory, and business development.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our growing team and contribute to our expansion strategy. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, develop effective recruitment strategies, and work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our biopharmaceutical clients.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering detailed feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion.
  • Identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and utilizing various recruitment tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
