Job Title: Senior AV IT Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AV IT Consultant to join our team at Leap29. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design & Implementation: Utilize your expertise in PHP, Python, Laravel, Docker, and Moodle to design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect, deploy, and manage AWS cloud services to ensure security and cost-efficiency.
  • Linux Administration: Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of Linux-based servers.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for systems and infrastructure issues, and support end-users as needed.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure smooth IT operations, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing new solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or similar roles, with a strong background in SQL, Moodle, AWS, PHP, Linux, and Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of Italian or Spanish highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
