About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success at our stunning location in St Ives. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including finance, administration, and customer relationships.

You will be a natural leader, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of passionate and dedicated individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Champion the values and spirit of St Austell Brewery, inspiring and motivating your team to excel.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing constructive feedback and nurturing talent to drive growth and development.
  • Oversee all aspects of finance and administration, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Support and develop team members, recognizing and addressing areas for improvement to drive business success.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, delegating tasks and responsibilities to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with customer feedback, adapting and improving processes to maintain high standards and drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
