Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

ERIBÉ Knitwear is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management System that ensures the highest standards of quality in our knitwear products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System that meets industry standards and ensures the highest quality of our products.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure that quality checks are in place and that all products meet the required standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for the production team.
  • Identify and implement new techniques and materials to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality management role, preferably in the knitwear industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing quality management systems and improving quality performance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of knitwear production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
