Eden Scott is delighted to be retained by ERIBÉ Knitwear, a leading manufacturer of traditional yet uniquely modern Scottish knitwear, to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Quality Assurance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management System within Woolly Towers and the wider business, working closely with subcontractors to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement a Quality Management System that meets the needs of ERIBÉ Knitwear and its subcontractors.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Knitwear machine programmer and knit-machine operators to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
- Organize and record testing to identify potential areas of risk during the production process.
- Reduce the number of quality issues by ensuring that product development leaves as few possibilities for errors as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a quality management role, with experience in garment technologist and/or line writing positions. They will have a complete grasp of when an item reaches the required QC standards.
