About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Colten Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of activities to our residents, including group singing, acting, games, and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver a range of activities to engage our residents, including music, drama, and games
  • Support the development of new activities and events to enhance the resident experience
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure activities are tailored to individual resident needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver activities and events
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or a background in theatre, music, or performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for delivering high-quality activities and events
