Job Title: Registered Children's Home Leader

Catholic Care (Diocese of Leeds) is a forward-thinking charity seeking an exceptional Registered Children's Home Leader to manage a new two-bedded home for children aged 6-11 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to recruit a team of professional care staff and create a therapeutic and trauma-informed environment.

About the Role

The Registered Children's Home Leader will be responsible for managing the home, working with children in a therapeutic manner, and recognising the difficulties they may face due to early life trauma and disrupted attachments. The successful applicant will support and manage a team of senior residential childcare workers and residential childcare workers, acting as a corporate parent to the children in care.
