Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on quality-related matters to ensure consistency and excellence in our products and services.
- Lead and manage quality assurance teams to ensure effective implementation of quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest quality standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Experience in a leadership role in quality assurance or regulatory compliance.
- Certification in quality management or a related field.
