Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Director to lead our quality function and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Quality System Leadership: Develop and implement quality systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations, including GMP, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the quality assurance team in conducting audits, investigations, and other quality-related activities to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, research and development, and commercial operations, to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Communication and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to ensure that quality and compliance are maintained.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure that they meet quality and compliance standards.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality and compliance performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
