Job Title: Product Assurance Manager

We seek an experienced Quality professional to join MBDA UK Ltd as a Product Assurance Manager within the Force Protection Sector.

This role will lead a team of dynamic Quality Engineers and independently represent and promote Quality Assurance within a multi-national Project. Supporting the Project in all phases of the product lifecycle, you will play a pivotal role with the aim of ensuring the core Quality Assurance activities are met.

About the Role

You will operate within an established team and within a strong Quality Network to be the Voice of the Customer within the Project, lead acceptance activities, preventing and minimising non-conformance, assuring reliable products and continually growing the satisfaction of our customers.

Your Skills

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance / Engineering professional with a good understanding of overall systems and Development and Production practices. You will communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and be a practitioner of current Quality Assurance problem solving methods (8D, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.).
