Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MBDA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and implement quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement quality improvements
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality assurance procedures and processes

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in quality assurance or a related field
  • Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a defence or aerospace industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
