Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support projects in all phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring that all core Product Assurance activities are met.
  • Work with a multi-national project team, collaborating with colleagues across different sites and countries.
  • Prevent and minimize product non-conformance, supporting smooth equipment delivery and assuring reliable products.
  • Continuously grow the satisfaction of our customers through quality and reliability initiatives.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Practitioner of current QA problem-solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.).
  • High degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and skills to work proactively, with excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence change, a respectful team player, comfortable working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, running reports in Excel, using SAP QM, and various document management tools.
  • Continuous improvement awareness and initiative to deliver.
  • Ability to understand and respect cultural differences.
