Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
