Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hardware Support Engineer to join our team in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis. This is a 2-month contract with an estimated hourly rate of £18.51. As a Hardware Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT services and equipment within your assigned Hub and surrounding spokes. Your key responsibilities include queue ticket management, hub stock management, disposal management, hardware repairs, locker replenishments, and service improvement.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing and updating tickets assigned to your Hub, overseeing asset management, effectively managing the disposal of equipment, triaging and performing hardware repairs, replenishing lockers with necessary equipment, and identifying and highlighting potential service issues or improvements to your Team Leader.

Requirements:
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a PC field service or PC field workshop environment. You must have SC clearance, be a UK National with a UK passport, and hold a full, clean driving licence. You should also be proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, supporting, and repairing hardware, including complex laptop break/fix repairs.
