Job Description
BMR Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and support of our hardware platforms. You will work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager and other stakeholders to prioritise projects and manage workloads. This role involves serving as a technical authority for hardware platform development and collaborating with the Programme Manager to support the company's goals.

Responsibilities
* Develop and support hardware platforms
* Work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager and stakeholders to prioritise projects and manage workloads
* Serve as a technical authority for hardware platform development
* Collaborate with the Programme Manager to support company goals
* Champion electrical health and safety, advocating best practices across the company

Requirements
* Degree educated in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or significant track record of electrical/electronic design
* Extensive experience in PCB design and manufacture
* Expert user of Altium and the SolidWorks PDM vault
* Strong understanding of Ethernet, USB, and Serial Communications
* Working knowledge of CAD software
* Experience leading a team

Salary and Benefits
* Up to £65,000 salary (dependent on experience) plus benefits including 26 days holiday, pension, life insurance, private healthcare, and profit-related bonus
* Monday to Friday working hours with flexible start and finish times
