About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Development Lead to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd in Bristol. As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will play a vital role in developing and supporting bespoke mechanical/electro engineered solutions for various sectors.

Your responsibilities will include leading the Hardware Engineering team, reviewing and approving team deliverables, collaborating with Programme Manager and stakeholders, and serving as technical authority for hardware platform development. Additionally, you will champion electrical health and safety within the team and across the company.
