Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional help to access their learning and develop essential life skills. Your duties will include assisting teachers in the classroom, providing one-to-one support, and helping students with self-regulation activities and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Patience and understanding when working with challenging behaviors
