Job Description:
  • Manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused on their work.
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, providing valuable feedback to teaching staff.
  • Support students with their learning needs, promoting academic success.
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in schools, although not essential.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one, alongside flexibility to work on short notice.
Compensation:
