Role Overview
Vistry Group is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-efficient adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, and public open spaces. The successful candidate will work closely with our Build and Commercial teams to ensure the end-of-project development process is efficient and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage infrastructure assets, including roads, sewers, and play areas
* Collaborate with external adopting bodies, such as Highways Authorities and Councils, to facilitate adoptions and handovers
* Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or defects
* Prepare and issue documents, such as Adoption Plans and Deed Plans, as required
* Manage budgets and tenders for completion works from contractors

About You
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a similar position, preferably with a recognised housing developer or Highway/Drainage Authority. You should have a good understanding of Highway & Water Industry standards and be computer literate with a good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Sound commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

What We Offer
Vistry Group offers a competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including up to 33 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and a contributory pension scheme.
