Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Support Engineer to join our team at First Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and project management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within agreed project processes and standards to support the Project Delivery Practice.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure that process is followed for the project(s) engaged upon.
  • Assist with identifying future demands and obtaining resources/services to meet the demand.
  • Produce regular reports and maintain folders for all projects as requested.
  • Ensure the handover of projects to relevant departments is carried out smoothly and that all "as fitted" documentation is accurately produced.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
  • Substantial skills and experience in Telecoms or Networking support function.
  • Broad knowledge of specialised telecoms services in an enterprise and service provider environment.
  • Strong technical/ICS background.
  • Experience in real environment deployments would be advantageous.
  • Experience in LAN technology would be essential.
  • Experience in wireless technology would be advantageous.
  • Experience in CCTV and Access Control systems would be advantageous.
