**Fixed-Term Contract - 7 months**

**Salary: £39,000-£50,000**

Reporting to the Executive IT Support Manager you will provide pragmatic, professional and personalised IT support to supporting the UK CEO, leadership team, Executive assistants, and Bupa Leadership Team in Bupa's UK office. You will act as a single point of contact for IT queries and processes, alerting issues and workarounds as needed as well as checking and testing equipment in advance of any high-profile events and new executive joiners.

**How you'll help us make health happen**:

- Act as the single point of contact for all CEC office, Bupa Executive Team, Non-Executive Directors and Board IT issues, queries, and project related activity.
- The job holder will take ownership of Bupa incidents, providing a face to face, first-time fault resolution where possible. Offer consultancy and guidance on Bupa IT policies and process with a pragmatic approach to support while living the Bupa code and Bupa security policies.
- Manage a up to date and fully functional stock of fast response devices to keep the Exec community working.
- Ensure that all interactions are logged in ServiceNow, updated, and progressed to resolution.
- Follow ITIL® based incident and problem management procedures to ensure a cost effective and efficient service

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- Strong people skills
- Confident and able to display composure when under pressure and in the presence of Bupa CEO office.
- Excellent time management
- Logical approach with an aptitude for problem solving.
- Exceptional Customer Focus.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and face to face.
- Technical knowledge and experience supporting and/or using desktop and office products including but not limited to;
Windows 10 /11 and Apple MacOS.
Office 365 and associated products and services such as Teams (Including Teams Meeting Events), Office Apps, Intune, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive etc. Teams Meeting Rooms Technology.
Multi Factor Authentication.

Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Active Directory.

IOS, iPadOS and Android Mobile.
- Bitlocker, Zscaler, ServiceNow, Beyond Trust, Nexthink, Network Access Control.
- Understanding of infrastructure components (e.g., Network, Exchange, Citrix, VPN - as applicable)
- ITIL® qualified (v3 or 4)
- Strong hardware diagnostic skills (Dell training provided)
