What does the role involve?
As a Broker Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the New Business customer journey.
Reporting directly into the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with our sales team, brokers, and the wider business to ensure brokers receive a market leading experience. You will be responsible for providing administration support for the sales team and account managers as well as supporting ongoing relationships with brokers to see through deals, acting as the first point of contact for any queries.
Attendance of the Staines office will be required for the first 6 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Provide solutions and guidance, always acting as the first point of contact to brokers
- Maintain and organically grow relationships with brokers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide efficient support to account managers daily
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a forward thinker, someone that welcomes a challenge and enjoys being able to work within a busy environment. An effective communicator, with strong verbal and written skills. As the executive you will be liaising frequently with brokers, therefore someone who understands how maintaining an effective relationship will maintain a steady flow of business is exactly what we are after.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- A ‘problem solving' attitude and ability to be a key team player
- A strong customer service ethic
