About the Role:
SER Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Development Lead to join its strong sales team. The role involves driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share in the protein and meat industries.

As a Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, providing them with innovative and eco-designed food packaging solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfill business objectives.

Critical to this role is staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Your expertise will enable SER Limited to expand its client base in the UK and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business and expand market share.
  • Pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of small, medium, and large customers.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) – OTE £70,000, with a generous bonus structure. Benefits include health care (BUPA), sick pay, 23 days plus bank holidays (25 after 5 years). Life Insurance 4x salary, 5% pension.
