The Aviation Sales Specialist role at Symbiotics Ltd, a leading aviation industry pre-screening and assessment company, presents an exciting opportunity for sales-driven individuals to develop their expertise in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound sales activity, following established sales processes.
- Qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and converting opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of Symbiotics products and services to offer customised solutions.
- Preparing and sending pricing proposals and contracts for review by senior management.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and managing the CRM database.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and psychologists.
- Assisting with presentations, proposals, and account management activities.
For this challenging yet rewarding role, we are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional development and career progression.
